Education will continue to present a great business opportunity for Singapore. The Workgroup estimates that in 10 years’ time, there could be an additional 100,000 international students and 100,000 executive trainees here.       Conducted daily by renowned speakers and industry professionals, these Knowledge-sharing Career and Educational sessions will provide attendees with in-depth information on careers and education guidance, job prospects in various industries and professions, local and overseas education opportunities available as well as acquiring soft skills from professionals.

      PEAKS™ CAREER & EDUCATION Profiling
      PEAKS Profiling Technology™ is a locally developed and a globally recognized psychometric tool that is used by public and private organizations, universities and schools worldwide. The PEAKS Job Fit Index™ and the PEAKS™ will provide a glimpse of the possible educational/training directions and types of careers best suited to their unique personalities. Both of these profile reports will be made available at CAREER 2012 and will highlight and direct participants to the most relevant educational/training programs and job opportunities offered by exhibitors at the fair that is most suited to their unique inclinations. Follow-up career guidance based on participants' profiles is available from SPC throughout the coming year.

International exhibitors in particular will benefit as they share their countries’ education culture and latest courses via a country focus and niche platform. The launch of study overseas pavilions signifies the increasing interests from foreign education bodies and the expansion of CAREER 2012 into an international education exposition in the region.

      The presence of Industry Pavilion reinforces CAREER 2012 as the number one choice for the employment fair in Singapore. There will be specialised platforms dedicated to the respective industry sectors to present its expertise to a wide audience of job seekers, who in turn will also experience one venue of job offerings organized by the different industry sectors.
