Assistant Regional Manager, Green MondayFounder- LiveFruitfully.sgCo-Founder- Dose Creamery Pte Ltd Sandra Lim is an entrepreneur, plant-based chef, recipe developer and pilates instructor. She is the creator of website, where she hopes to spark individuals’ curiousity and passion for plant-based recipes and travels. Her motto is “You are what you eat” and she is passionate about helping others learn about reading food labels, avoiding GMOs, processed foods and learning about what’s in the foods they eat. Before embarking on this culinary journey, Sandra spent six years working in the food biotechnology and pharmaceuticals industries. She graduated with degrees in biotechnology and nutrition from the University of Toronto, Canada. After a successful career in starting up pilates studios and helping individuals rehabilitate from injuries, Sandra embarked on being a raw food chef, training under Matthew Kenney, as she truly believed that everyone should eat like it matters, because it does. Since then, she has developed numerous vegan, gluten and refined sugar-free recipes for international and local brands. Her recipes and photos have been published in culinary magazines like Wine and Dine Asia and food blogs. In addition, she consults for international hotel chains and is responsible for their wellness retreats and programs. Most recently, she started a plant-based ice cream company to highlight food sustainability in a pressurized food systems world. Sandra is an adventure and travel addict. When she is not rescuing cats for Cat Welfare Singapore, she is hiking across deserts to raise money for Women on a Misson, a non-profit organisation which aims to raise awareness and funds for women survivors of war, violence and abuse. If Sandra is not contactable by phone, she is probably off the grid, photographing tribes and animals in a remote corner of the globe. Sandra is available for recipe development, brand ambassadorship, food photography, styling and public speaking and hopes to ignite in individuals, the desire to live healthier and compassionately by adopting a plant-based lifestyle.
