Tea in 3 Parts: Harnessing the Benefits of Tea to Balance Mind, Body and Spirit Break away from the busy and come eat, drink and par-tea with us! The long, mystical and complex history of tea serves as our starting point for this three-part series that revels in the delectable benefits of tea for soothing the body, mind and spirit. Join naturopath and mindful eating coach Tiffany Wee as she takes you on a sensory journey to explore tea in a mind-body way. She first decocts the latest nutritional trends to help you siphon out fact from fiction. Learn how you can use different teas to reduce stress, improve sleep, detox and even boost immunity and energy. Each session is also infused with a mindful eating practice to help you discover the many ways in which you can use tea-drinking to discover inner silence, centre and reconnect with yourself and others.
