This popular half day retreat is the perfect introduction to meditation, providing the basic techniques that will enable you to experience these benefits for yourself. Suitable for beginners and those who like to know more details on different types of meditation.  Learn simple guided meditations that can be practised by anyone. Receive practical advice on how to include meditation in your daily routine. Understand why meditation is important to make you happy and free from problems. Timetable 10.00 - 11.00 am: Introduction and teaching #1 with guided meditation 11.00 - 11.45 am: Refreshment break 11.45 - 12.45 pm: Teaching #2 with guided meditation 1.00 - 2.00 pm: Meditation and Discussion * Seats and cushions are provided.
