Tuesday Meditation Course - Living in the Moment

LIVING IN THE MOMENT 26 Mar, 2 Apr, 9 Apr How much energy do you put into the present? Instead of being present and discovering the beauty and fullness of the moment, we seem to spend an inordinate amount of time dwelling in the past or worrying about the future. Even while we are doing things we like, our mind is never in the present – we are constantly making plans for the future, worrying about what might happen next, and never really feeling content. On this 3-week course, we will learn meditations to help us let go of this limiting mental habit. We will find out: • How to make the most of every moment of our life  • To experience the fulfilment that comes from using each moment meaningfully  • To stop constantly distracting ourselves from what is going on right under our noses! BOOK 3 WEEK COURSE AT SPECIAL RATE $32 per person BOOK SINGLE CLASS AT STANDARD RATE $15 per person (pay cash on arrival) YOU CAN ALSO DROP-IN $15 per person (pay cash on arrival)  Course Teacher Gen Kelsang Drolkyi is a senior teacher within the New Kadampa Tradition of Mahayana Buddhism. She is an inspiring example of modern Buddhism in practice and is dedicated to helping everyone find peace through the experience of meditation and Buddhism.
